How to Map Out a Process…so you can delegate or outsource it!


Consistently outsourcing and delegating aspects of my business is how I’ve been able to scale without getting bogged down in the details. A lot of people get stuck, and mapping out your process is a great first step to actually delegating it.

I share some of the updates I am making to up-level my videos in this quick and dirty (and totally not upleveled) video so you can see how this works.

Some key points include:

  • Getting clear on your goal for the process and what the desired outcome is.
  • Making sure you don’t personally have too many touch points and don’t get bogged down in the process.
  • Working through the step-by-step to be sure the desired outcome is created.
